Using Loopex
These terms apply to Loopex, operated by LOOPEX COMPANY LIMITED (CÔNG TY TNHH LOOPEX). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so.
A separately agreed written contract takes precedence where its terms conflict with this page.
Your account and workspace
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in email, verification codes, and connected-platform credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account and workspace.
Workspace owners manage their members, permissions, connected channels, and customer information. Connect only accounts and content you have permission to use.
Responsible use
- Follow applicable laws, platform rules, and the rights of your customers and other people.
- Do not use Loopex for unlawful activity, unsolicited spam, fraud, harassment, or content you have no right to process.
- Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another workspace without authorisation.
Your content and AI output
You keep your rights in the content you connect or upload. You give Loopex permission to process it as needed to provide the features you request and operate the service.
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing it, deciding where automation is appropriate, and checking replies or actions that affect your customers.
Loopex’s software, branding, and service materials remain the property of Loopex or their respective owners.
Beta service and third-party platforms
Loopex is currently in beta and billing is disabled. Features, limits, and availability can change during development. Any future paid plan will be presented before you agree to a charge.
Connected platforms have separate permissions, terms, and delivery restrictions. Their changes or outages can affect Loopex. The beta service is provided on an as-available basis without a guaranteed uptime commitment.
Stopping use and access restrictions
You can stop using Loopex and contact us about workspace export or deletion. We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, a security issue, a legal obligation, or a material breach of these terms.
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy and any data processing agreement agreed for your workspace.
Responsibility and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, Loopex is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the beta service, third-party platform interruptions, or unreviewed AI output. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Vietnamese law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Contact contact@loopex.vn first about a concern or dispute so we can seek a practical resolution.
Updates and contact
The latest version and its update date are published here. We will communicate material changes through the service or an appropriate contact channel. Questions can be sent to contact@loopex.vn.
