Request an agreement for your workspace

Email contact@loopex.vn with your organisation’s legal name, workspace name, and processing requirements. Our team will work with you on a written data processing agreement.

This page outlines the matters to cover. A workspace-specific DPA takes effect when agreed by both parties; visiting this page does not execute an agreement.

Parties, roles, and instructions

The agreement identifies LOOPEX COMPANY LIMITED and the customer, their respective data-protection roles, and the customer’s documented instructions for processing workspace information.

The scope should cover the service duration, purposes, categories of people and information involved, and any restrictions on the use of AI, connected platforms, or notifications.

Processing scope

  • Receiving, storing, organising, and displaying customer conversations and workspace information.
  • Sending replies, coordinating team access, and performing the automations selected by the customer.
  • Processing knowledge and relevant content for AI features when used.
  • Operating authentication, support, security, and notifications needed for the service.

Security, providers, and transfers

The written agreement should record applicable confidentiality and security obligations, authorised sub-processors, processing locations, and any required international-transfer safeguards.

Our Sub-processors and Privacy Policy pages describe the current service. Contact us before using Loopex if your organisation requires a specific location, sector-specific commitment, or transfer mechanism.

Requests, incidents, and assurance

The DPA should set out how Loopex and the customer cooperate on individual rights requests, security incidents, compliance information, and proportionate assurance or audit requests, including relevant contacts and response obligations.

When processing ends

The agreement should document return or deletion of customer information, treatment of backups and legally required records, and the end of processing when the service relationship finishes.
