Workspace service providers
The providers below support the service. The information involved depends on the features your workspace uses. A provider’s own documentation describes its services and processing arrangements.

| Google · Firebase Cloud Messaging | Optional Android and web push delivery, including device tokens and notification payloads. Delivery can involve provider-operated infrastructure in multiple locations. |

Website infrastructure
Cloudflare provides domain and DNS services for loopex.vn. That role involves domain-request metadata, rather than delivery of your workspace conversations. Public website assets are delivered through AWS infrastructure.
Platforms you choose to connect
Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Zalo, LINE, Telegram, TikTok, Gmail, and Outlook are connected platforms selected by workspace owners. They operate under their own terms and privacy notices; connecting one does not make every listed platform a provider for your workspace.
