Start your deletion request
Sign in at app.loopex.vn, open Account → Privacy & account → Delete account, and review what will be removed. Confirm with the email verification code sent to the address on your account.
If you cannot access your account or its email address, contact contact@loopex.vn with the subject “Loopex account deletion”. Include your registered email and workspace name. Never send your password or verification codes. We will verify your authority before acting.
Protect your team’s workspace
Workspaces where you are the only member are deleted with your account. Transfer ownership of shared workspaces to another member first; this can be done from the deletion screen. Membership in other workspaces is removed.
What is removed
- Your Loopex login, profile, avatar, consent records, private saved settings, personal saved replies, Copilot history and device registrations.
- Message attachments uploaded under your account, and the database content and stored uploads of workspaces deleted with your account.
- Stored credentials for connections you authorised. These connections stop syncing and other workspace members may need to reconnect them.
What can remain
Business records in another team’s workspace remain under that workspace’s control, with your account attribution removed. Contact its owner for requests concerning customer or shared business content.
Backups and security or legally required records follow the retention rules in our Privacy Policy. Account deletion does not erase information held independently by Google, Microsoft, other connected platforms or recipients of messages. You can also revoke platform permissions in the provider’s own account settings.
Timing and confirmation
Confirmation removes workspace access and signs you out. We aim to complete active-system erasure within 24 hours; brief retries and a final upload-cleanup period are part of the process. Your deletion receipt page shows the actual completion status without displaying personal information.
A non-identifying deletion status receipt is available for 30 days after completion. A temporary account-id marker is retained for 8 days after completion to prevent old sessions or restored backups from recreating account data. Deletion cannot be undone.
